  • 60–75 minute sessions focused on strength training, dynamic mobility, and boxing fundamentals. Eldar’s motivational coaching builds confidence, discipline, and resilience through safe, personalized fitness designed to meet each client’s ability and recovery level. Each session empowers clients to challenge themselves physically while developing consistency, focus, and self-belief.

PRIVATE TRAINING: VENUS

  • For individuals seeking to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate strength from within. Venus’s sessions are ideal for those who value mindful movement and holistic support— whether beginning their recovery journey, managing stress, or deepening their personal practice.

  • 60-75 minute sessions designed for individuals who want to build strength as a foundation while improving mobility, balance, and overall well-being. Sessions integrate strength & mobility training, yoga-inspired movement, and restorative practices. Venus’s trauma-informed and intuitive guidance fosters strength, emotional regulation, and confidence, offering a safe, personalized space to reconnect with the body and support sustainable growth.

If you decide to continue after your initial single session, we’re happy to apply that session toward a package— just let us know within 7 days so we can adjust your plan.

  • Designed for small groups or corporate teams seeking a collaborative movement experience that strengthens connection, resilience, and focus. Perfect for those looking to build community through fitness, mindfulness, and guided wellness practices. (2-10 people)

    • Group Warm-Up & Mobility Work Gentle dynamic movements to prepare the body and align focus.

    • Strength & Functional Training Collaborative exercises to build stability, endurance, and body awareness.

    • Boxing, Flow, or Somatic Integration Depending on the group’s goals, sessions may blend elements of boxing fundamentals, vinyasa-inspired flow, or restorative somatic work.

    • Mindful Cooldown & Reflection Breathing, grounding, or brief meditation to close the session with focus and shared reflection.
