    This group combines strength training, boxing fundamentals, dynamic mobility and high-intensity conditioning to build resilience and physical fitness.

    Led in a motivational coaching style, sessions encourage clients to push forward safely, develop discipline and discover strength that supports both recovery & daily life.

    Each session concludes with stillness meditation to integrate the practice.

  • FLOW FORWARD

    This group blends strength-based movement, vinyasa-inspired sequences and mobility work, adaptable to the group to support physical and mental well-being.

    Sessions emphasize safe exertion and body awareness while guiding clients through grounding practices that build resilience, regulation and embodied presence.

    Each session concludes with stillness meditation.

  • SOUND HEALING & RECOVERY

    This group integrates mindful movement, restorative yoga based practices, breath-work and sound healing meditation to support self-awareness and emotional release.

    Sessions provide a safe, slow-paced space for participants to reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system, cultivate presence and trust in their recovery journey.
