STRENGTH FORWARD
This group combines strength training, boxing fundamentals, dynamic mobility, and high-intensity conditioning to build resilience, confidence, and physical fitness.
Led in a motivational coaching style, sessions encourage clients to push forward safely, develop discipline, and discover strength that supports both recovery and daily life. Each session concludes with stillness meditation to integrate the practice.

FLOW FORWARD
This group blends strength-based movement, vinyasa-inspired sequences and mobility work to support physical, and mental well-being.
Sessions emphasize safe exertion and body awareness while guiding clients through dynamic, grounding practices that build resilience, regulation, and embodied presence. Each session concludes with stillness meditation.

SOUND HEALING & RECOVERY
This group integrates mindful movement, restorative yoga based practices, breath-work and sound healing meditation to support self-awareness, resilience, and emotional release.
Sessions provide a safe, slow-paced space for participants to reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system, cultivate presence and trust in their recovery journey.
