Venus brings a background in trauma-informed facilitation through movement, somatic healing and holistic wellness, shaped by her own recovery journey outside of the treatment system.

As individuals in recovery ourselves, we understand the courage it takes to heal and grow.

Our lived experience, combined with our professional training, allows us to connect with clients on a deeper level while offering sessions that emphasize strength, resilience, and sustainable well-being.
